Come out From Among Them

Come out from among them

So the scripture says

The power they’ve been given

It’s gone to their head

They’ve looked over their shoulder

For the past hundred years

But now it’s a new day

No need for altars and tears

We must be sleek

Sophisticated we teach

Change our music

And the way we preach

Prayer and fasting

Very rarely mentioned

It doesn’t fit

In this new dimension

So it’s power or popular

That is our choice

Will we listen to the worldly

Or our Savior’s voice

Come out from among them

That’s His call

Give Him nothing

Or give Him our all
